  • The weather in the tropics can change quickly, so being flexible with dates and times will help guarantee the best possible Great Barrier Reef or World Heritage Rainforest scenic flight.

  • The best way to get great personlised service is to book with us direct. Our Agents do a fabulous job but you really can't beat talking to Zoom pilots about any specific needs you may have or that 'something special' surprise for a loved one. We're here to make your flight perfect, so pick up the phone and call us...

  • Many of our Customers take the time to post reviews and share photos of their Zoom experience - something we truly appreciate. We take great pride in our attention to details and ensuring everything is perfect as can be. • Great question - there's a few key things that really assist us with this.

    1. Book direct with us - that way we can discuss your needs prior to flying in person.

    2. Provide us your best/accessible contact details/phone number - so we can update you on weather etc. if the need arises.

    3. Be flexible with dates and times - if the weather is perfect the day after your booking, we can re-schedule to get picture perfect conditions for you.

    4. Trust us - we've been flying happy customers for years and if we suggest something it's based on our experience and delivering the best flight possible.

  • Not necessarily - it depends on other bookings, time of year and even the weather. Of course, you can fly privately with our 'private tours' flights listed here. Alternatively, we offer a 'exclusive' upgrade on all flights at $100pp - worth every cent if you want an exclusive Great Barrier Reef experience.

  • Most of the time - yes. Busy periods and larger group bookings means someone might have a rear middle-seat. We're here to make sure your 100% happy so we can discuss arrangements prior to lift-off. Our customers all seem to smile no matter where they sit, so happy days...

  • We offer great in-flight commentary and look out for any special features on your flight - but keep your eyes keen for marine life so we can zoom in for a closer look.

Talk to us - we're here to listen to your needs. We know the Great Barrier Reef very well, that's how we'd like to assist you to, so best contacts please.

  • Helicopters are very safe, stable and comfortable. We've even had some customers that were scared of any type of flying - only to realise that unlike a fixed wing aircraft we don't need any speed or bumpy runway to get aloft. Think of it as pushing the 'up' button in a lift. There's also another cool technique to ease any nerves called the 'open palm technique'. Simply place your hands in your lap palms-up - it's almost 100% guaranteed to lower any anxiety you may have.
